These guys are good, but Sale, Greinke, and Scherzer have all had great stretches this year which diminishes it a bit for me. Now Pedro in 1999, that was an incredible season.

Greg Maddox syndrome in that everything he throws anywhere near the plate is getting called a strike. Used to drive me crazy watching Maddox with Atlanta. These guys start getting the star treatment like NBA stars never fouling and always getting fouled. And don't get me started on the strike zone extending down to shins!
