GREAT PICS of Royce White, Craig Brackins, Tyrus McGee, More

Re: CHECK OUT GREAT PICS OF ROYCE WHITE V. CRAIG BRACKINS

sheeeesh - rough crowd

Wow. Did not realize Niang is taller than Royce.

I saw that too, although pictures can be a little deceiving and it depends on how they're standing, etc.

Overall, as Niang hits the weight room and matures, he will probably turn into a beast down low. He already has great body control and a smooth touch.

He's maybe a little limited physically, but body position and a high motor will get you pretty far in college ball.

Did you just tell me to expect Niang to be Physco T? :jimlad: kinda. I think he Niang will have a similar game to Hansborough, although probably not as good.

I think he's actually more skilled that TH was at this time, I'm not saying Niang will even be in Hansboro's category but Georges can do things Hansboro couldn't as an incoming frosh. I think he'll have a much more complete offensive game than Hansboro, if he's half the defender and rebounder then we have ourselves a heck of a player.

That is actually a pretty good comparison from what I've seen of him. He might be considered a poor man's version, but I could definitely see him putting up similar numbers at some point.

Also, Niang will be a 4-year player for us in all likelihood, which is a bonus.

It seemed like that guy was at OU for a decade. He really annoyed me. It just didn't seem like he should be as good as he was.

Agreed... I'll bet our opponents will be thinking the same thing about Georges.

He'll get his and the opponent will wonder what hit them.

I like the way he looks like he is just loping around, then he makes a little move and has an open shot. He is a very deceptive player, both in the way he plays, but even in his appearance. For instance, he is much taller in person than he looked on his recruitment videos.

Thanks for all the Cyclone and CCL coverage! I saw the article earlier this morning posted here, but didn't see the later one with more pictures until this thread.

And people, please consider posting your own photos, videos, or comments at Patch.com. We all love what CW does with this site. But consider that things posted there reach a broader community, where many of you live, and in a market and on a topic many here feel isn't always covered or represented well. Just a thought. I know it isn't something people necessarily want to do as spectators. Kudos to Patch.com. It's all good.
