Man your guys had all the chances to just quit, and your team just kept fighting. I was really impressed with ISU's resiliency.

I really thought Tech would eventually blow the game open, but our mistakes kept an underdog in the game...which is a huge mistake. I think our defense was the difference today.

Our special teams was absolutely horrible, and ISU played mistake free...which they really needed to do to win.

My hats off to your team!

I would say the offense as a whole was a mistake.

By "mistake free," I believe you are referring to turnovers which, correct me if I'm wrong, you are correct on. Outside of that, we were far from mistake-free. The score really should have been more lopsided than it was.

Tech was the better team today, but ISU made too many mistakes to count.....
-Tackling
-Penalties
-Blitz pickups/Oline blocking as a whole
-D line pressure
-Richardson was awful too
-Not securing ball on perfect onside

We were damn lucky to be in that game @ all.

You would be correct on what I was referring to. We can all go back and say "If this happened, or that...", but, the bottom line (at least imo), what kept ISU in the game was Tech's horrible special teams. Missed FG, KO return for TD, ISU punt recovery, a realky nice ISU INT by George.

Look, we can all go back and review the game, but if Tech doesnt make the mistakes they did, then it wouldnt have been close.

3 Tech TO's compared to 0.

Im trying to CREDIT ISU, and your team.

Thank you for the compliment for the Cyclones. Our guys played very hard, never quit and mostly played well. Your Red Raiders are an impressive team. Congratulations! Good luck the rest of the way. You have one hell of a game next week with Baylor! Should be quite a game!

Thanks for the love, but mistake free is tough to swallow. Missed tackles(yes some credit to TT), penalties, and the largest of them all...Deon not holding onto the onside kick.

Some people tend to forget that this is a rebuilding year for us...there will be growing pains, but to take a ranked opponent to the wire has to have a positive somewhere in it. We will be bitter for a few moments, dust ourselves off and look forward to next week's matchup with......Baylor?! Ah ******* ****!!!

Anyway, good game and thanks for hanging around our neck of the woods. We look to have you around here next year.

Exactly how are you trying to give credit to ISU? It sounds to me like you are saying that the reason the game was close is because of TT mistakes, not anything that ISU did. Maybe I'm just reading your posts wrong...

None of this ***-hole Tech fans would be over here if they had lost. **** them!

Go celebrate with your own fans.

Sorry for the ******** that can't take a compliment. Good luck to the Raiders the rest of the way. CK is going to be one hell of a coach.

Maybe you can explain how suggesting that TT mistakes kept an underdog in the game is a compliment to ISU???

I think you are being nice, Tech tried to give us this game, we simply weren't good enough to take it.

OOPS! A little confused. We play Baylor next week and you get WV. Hope we both excel!

The better team won. Can't say much more than that.

I do like your coach though - I've got to believe he's got the fan support and charisma to recruit.

What Im trying to say is there was time when the 'Clones couldve quit (like being down by 14), but they kept fighting, and a missed onside attempt is what sucured the game for Tech.

I really enjoy watching a Rhoads coached team.

They show the same passion he does.
