My guess is that they will be closed. Any idea where I could park a car on the north side of town? We have 6 coming in 2 vehicles I would like to cram into 1 when we get to town so we just to get one parked closer to the Jack.

The mall usually has open spots.

I am sure there is a plan being put into place if they happen to close the grass lots. Like parking on campus behind molecular biology building. Then Cyride buses shuttling people. This has been done before

The problem is that in the past Cy Ride doesn't get you anywhere close to the stadium. I believe the drop off was at Beach and Lincoln Way.

Last year when they closed G7, our pass was good for a spot in the paved lots around Hilton, we parked just South of Hilton in what would be the best spots for a bball game.

That's not much further than a walk from the furthest grass lots.

It's a lot further than you think. If you are in grass lot G4 the walk into the stadium is about the same as someone walking from B3 or C3. When you have little kids, that walk from Beach and Lincoln Way is a long haul.

In that case, wouldn’t the University have already communicated that the area around Hilton is unusable regardless of weather changes?

Drop the fam off, then go park & ride CyRide back?

Just got word that the East Campus Parking deck has been closed. Looks like you all will have to find somewhere else to park.

What's going on with the ECPD that it's closed?
