I prefer a physical boarding pass when flying. It is so much easier to hand TSA or the boarding agent a slip of paper than to be messing with my phone and worrying about dropping it, having it on the right screen, etc. I usually check-in online and will have an electronic boarding pass as a backup but I am going to do one last check for a better seat when I get to the airport anyway so printing a boarding pass isn't much additional effort. With self-service kiosks, I'm not waiting in an additional line either.
