At noon the plan is for everyone to freeze for 5 minutes.

well a large group kinda thing usually means you are...

it could just be improv for the sake of improv. Some people enjoy it.... I would stop and gawk. You can't tell me seeing something like in the YouTube vid at grand central isn't absolutely bizarre.
