Stevie Hicks is listed at number 89, saying that he is right behind Adrian Petersen when healthy. Brett Myer is listed at number 45, saying he is the most polished QB in the Big 12.

others

Albert Young #29

Drew Tate # 19

I was surprised to see Stevie making the list, Meyer that low, and Todd Blythe not on the list.

Wow, Blythe not even on the list comes as a bit of a shock.

Oh well, prove it on the field!

I think Witosky is working on an article about how ISU should fund the promotion of the joint ticket - Tate-Young for Heisman. His "reasoning" for such is the embarrassment the Cyclones have put on Iowa has been unfair and just plain mean. Especially when they beat up the golden boy, Drew Tate.

More to come on this in the next few weeks...

Huh, thats the same article that Collegefootballnews.com ran at the end of May. Yet foxsports just posted it yesterday. They must be bored.

I know that Tate is good - i like watching his game - But it might be real difficult to make much of an impression with no one to throw to. Maybe if he was still throwing 70% of the time, but with Young tearing it up next year, I have a feeling they'll be run-heavy....

I agree. Tates numbers could slip this fall being Iowa does not have a proven WR core. They coud very well develop nicely, but at this point it's a big question mark.

to win it as a wide reciever, I think you'd have to have college record breaking numbers. The awards pretty much a quarterback or runningback award.

charles woodson was niether a qb or rb and he won it. by the way, Troy Davis should have won the award twice.

your an idiot, out of how many winners, you give me one. you really coulda got me by saying desmond howard.

That's what foxsports has been doing for a while. They either own CFN, or just pay them to use their articles, but you will see a lot of CFN articles show up on foxsports a month or two after it shows up on CFN.
