I miss him as much as I miss my old cat that didn't understand the concept of a litter box.

This article makes him sound like he's still a headcase...

I find it difficult to root for guys who've spurned ISU; I'd pull against Memphis even if it wasn't for Taggert, but he's added incentive. I also laughed when P'Allen Stinnett missed three of four FT's down the stretch last night as Creighton was leading Kentucky but lost at the end. I hold grudges for way too long....

So does my wife, and probably the cat I sent packing.

I never liked that guy even when he was at ISU. His arrogance was repulsive and especially after all the hype, he looked like a moron when he was out playing. Never had a post move and couldn't grab a rebound even if his dic* was tied to the ball. Was pretty worthless for us. I would take another Homan in a second over a guy like Taggart. Someone physical that plays good defense, grabs tons of boards, and makes Kansas type McDonalds all-americans cry. As much as I love Brackins it would still be great to see him put on some weight and slap girls around in the paint. Sorry this was about Taggart wasn't it. I'm glad he's gone.

Its not like Memphis needs to run the offense through him. His job is to set screens, catch the ball on the block, and rebound.

Memphis has a lot of better players that can be dishing the rock.

Are you guys talking about the same kid who played in the National Championship game last year? Man did we ever teach him to leave ISU.

Who would we put in the frontcourt then...Garrett and Buckley??

Exactly, the teams we are facing wouldn't know what hit them. When they see Peterson posting up, they won't know what to do. Thats an easy 2 points every time down the court.

I like the way you think.

Maybe go with a 1-1-1-1-1 full court press, too? A 4-1 zone D?
