I see us passing all of them. Indiana lost to a pretty bad team and Cincy lost to a team that won’t finish the season ranked, something that won’t be on our resume. As a reminder, it will be the AP poll. We are currently 12th. Should jump Indiana, Coastal, Florida, and Cinci (maybe). Only team that could pass us is UNC if they win tonight. Will be 8 or 9!
Assuming Purdy stays (which I’m almost 100% sure he does), I think we could be top 10. No lower than 15. What do you think?I'm more curious to see where we are ranked preseason next year!
We shall see. The AP is typically very heavily weighted on the whole number in the loss column. Those guys just can't get past the 0 or 1 in the loss column. They also like teams winning the last game, so should be interesting.I see us passing all of them. Don't be ridiculous. Clemson and Notre Dame still should be and deserve to be ranked ahead of us. They would have each beat Oregon rather easily too. People need to stop overreacting to the CFP losses and blowouts. Bama would have beat us just the same way. Sorry that's the truth. We are hopefully on our way to competing with them. Look I can't stand Notre Dame, but as Brian Kelly said in the post game yesterday. EVERYONE is trying to beat those guys (Alabama, Clemson and Ohio State). Whoever was number 4 this year was going to be destroyed by Bama.Should be above ND and Clemson based on them getting absolutely crushed, but that won't happen. Can't pass OU. I'm thinking 7?
