I have always been told this isn't a big game for Iowa.
Do we really need another thread in ISR that will ultimately result in the same conversation that is occurring in the other suspension thread?
It's long been rumored that Pollard wants to have this game be the first of the year but KF has objected as Iowa needs Game 1 to be where the suspensions are served each year. You're on to something here.
If the second game of the season was anybody but ISU Jackson would have a multi game suspension. Truly mind boggling

Oh I love he only suspended Jackson for 1 game even though this is strike 2. It just proves how much importance he puts on the ISU game, no excuses because we'll play them at full strength and sends a horrible message to his team that will most likely lead to more trouble down the road
This is definitely a huge win in many ways for us. I love KF is losing control of his program and there will be no excuses for week 2

It's interesting to read some things here and there, and I can get caught up in dumb discussions, but for people to work this hard on Iowa-related information is pretty stupid.
