Someone explain how if we are this far March 1 how we're not in before the season starts? Who's a CE here?
First off a CE is NOT a ConE...different role, different major, different responsibilities.
Looks like from the picture that the roofing system is starting at the South and working to the North. Weather dependent, roofing activity will be complete 4-8weeks without delay from other trades is my guess with detailing of parapets, canopies, etc.
They do have temporary winter protection in place and I haven't seen the webcam since precast and steel erection began so I don't know if they have been doing underground MEP work or not. This will have to be completed before concrete slab-on-grade is placed which needs tempered air (hence the winter protection, and probably several heaters inside).
I just looked at the daily photos and I'm guessing underground MEP work is progressing and/or slab-on-grade prep under the roof deck/enclosed area.
There's still over 1/2 the building that looks like it needs to be erected.
The best thing for the progress of this construction for the cold and wet conditions (unpredictable) to cease. As erection of structural steel and precast, floor deck, roof deck progress more area can be enclosed and protected from the elements if need be. Obviously, warmer and drier conditions will allow for slab on deck to be poured, they are still a few weeks out from that it appears no 2nd level floor deck is placed and thus no MEP rough-in on floor deck is complete.
Work will be done by football season I know, they always are! It may be a lot of extra hours and overtime, but it WILL be complete.
Is this post anywhere close to a site record?
Did you read the thread with the live video of the top of the scoreboard going up? It was 3 hours of 200 people making erection jokes while the scoreboard moved about an inch a minute.

Followed by everybody being worried about a stiff breeze blowing it down.Did you read the thread with the live video of the top of the scoreboard going up? It was 3 hours of 200 people making erection jokes while the scoreboard moved about an inch a minute.
Terribly slow erection.
Did not even mean to do that. Well played. The rep gun is dry though.
