Alright guys, I usually don't ask for help but this is a toughie.

Julius Jones (Starter for Seahawks, plays against a very questionable Indy rush D)
Glen Coffee (Backup for SF, Gore for sure out, they aren't going to change their play calling so that means 20+ runs against a terrible STL team)
Pierre Thomas (only second game being "back" from injury, plays a very good Jets D)
Clinton Portis (hasn't had a good game yet this year, still recovering from injury)

I need to start 2, who I go with? I was thinking Jones and Thomas but on Yahoo Coffee and Portis are both projected much higher so I am thrown for a loop.

WHAT DO I DO!?!?!:confused::eek::chatterbox::no:

I have Jones and Thomas as well ... and I f'd up by not starting either last week. Their both in this one.

I'm not a huge Portis fan, and it looks like his getting banged up.

If you ever want to use Coffee - this is the game.

After all that nonsense, go with Coffee and flip a coin between Thomas & Jones.

Yeah, I picked up Coffee because Gore is injured and they run ALL THE TIME (plus they play STL).

I agree with you as I have it tentatively set as Coffee and Thomas.

Portis just angers me because I got him in the like the 4th and his best game so far is like 8 points...:skeptical:

Definitely Coffee. The other 3 are tough. I would go Portis because Tampa is awful.

I'm still nervous about Thomas ... I mean he only got 15 carries last week (granted 2 for TDs). He's been sick and nursing leg injuries ... so he's kind of dicey.

Jones is probably you're surest points. He's probably a lock for 75yd more or less and a better than 50% shot at a TD. Thomas is your big risk big gain. Probably would depend what you think you need.

I also just picked up Coffee, and plan on starting him. He's a solid start. Toss up between Jones and Thomas. My gut says Jones, since Seneca will need some run support. But how do you not start someone on the Saints' offense? Still, I say Jones, just because the Jets D is tough.

And, as a bonus, I will pose a fantasy football question of my own. Roddy White has a bye this week, so do I start Mario Manningham or Mike Sims-Walker? Manningham vs. KC and Sims-Walker vs. Tenn. I have a feeling the Giants will be running A LOT.

My advice: Coffee and Portis

Coffee should be guaranteed 60+ yards and a TD

Portis is playing against the Bucs that rank 31st against the rush

I'm struggling with what to do with Sims-Walker too. I have to sit one of these three Sims-Walker, Santonio Holmes vs. SD or Marques Colston vs. the Jets. Tough one.

I actually have Holmes and just picked up Sims-Walker to start. Holmes has some stinkers and he drops the ball alot. I like Sims-Walker as he is now their #1 due to an injury (can't remember his name off the top of my head...)

Go back and watch any Jag's offensive series in the first 3 weeks - now watch the Giants.

Start Manningham until Holt dies, Garrard throws for more than 200 yrds, or Sims-Walker becomes a household name.

I agree wholeheartedly. But I believe NYG will get up 14-0 early, maybe/probably off rushing TD's, and then just pound the rock on the ground for the rest of the game. I think the Jax-Tenn game will be a lot closer, giving me more potential for yards and touchdowns later in the game, which is very appealing.

But like you said... NYG off. > Jax off.

The Houston game aside, the Titans should have a good D and it should show up one of these weeks.

I believe KC actually played Baltimore pretty solid against the run for a half or so. The Ravens really wanted to throw on them anyway.

The NFL is crazy ... **** is hard to predict, but Manning seems to have 2 targets Manningham and Smithand the Giants are a season away from a Superbowl. The Jags are MJD and a bunch of scrubs.
