Paul Rhoads has a knack for getting a signature each year for his Cyclones. Not to mention the ability to motivate each one of his players and instill a "never give up" mentality (see Kirby Vander Kamp punt fake/run to get a 1st down against Kstate). But what does the future look like as far as getting the attention of potential recruits? Does Rhoads have to seek out or beg a player or is there a different attitude now? Do players want to be sought out by a coach like Paul? It seems that they do just by looking at www.cyclones.com > football > for recruits page. There is a good amount of HS football players posting comments/stats looking for Rhoads to give them a look. I love it!
