I have posted questions on needing help setting up a spreadsheet before and have gotten the help I needed every time. So I need help again and hoping somebody can help.

I am building a spreadsheet where I am trying to make a list of trading days in a range of dates. My current range is from 3/30/11 thru 11/25/11. I want to be able to make a list of the dates in that range excluding Saturdays, Sundays and a few holidays that are in there. I used the NETWORKDAYS() function to tell me there are 168 trading days but I want to make a list of the dates and then a column right beside it showing the trading day number from 1-168.

Anyone know of an easy way to make that work?

Thank you in advance:yes:

Start with 3/30/11 in A1. In A2 use '=WORKDAY(A1,1)'. Fill down until you get to your desired end date.

To exclude holidays, complete a separate range with each holiday listed and enter the range as the third variable in the above equation.
