ESPN Ranks the RB's

I think they have the top 2 perfect.

After that, it's very debatable. I've never been a huge Steven Jackson fan but he does run well.

I think Addai is a little underrated.

I'll give LT the benefit of the doubt FOR NOW as the #1 RB in the land. I wanna see how he bounces back from his knee injury before I decide whether he should keep that crown or not, though.

Alright, I'll take the list with a grain of salt. However, I'd take Westbrook at #2 right now - as he's done it over many years, and he's so valuable. League leader in yards from scrimmage or at the top every year. He blocks, runs, catches... I think he's better right now, but AP has more talent and will get there eventually. As great as AP was last year, remember he couldn't take the pounding of a full season, and he still shared carries to be able to stay fresh. So we'll see... otherwise, i have no real disagreements...

Yet again, Fred Taylor gets the shaft

I don't know how you can say he's getting the shaft when ranking the RBs heading into this season. He's still consistent, but Jones-Drew has definitely helped keep him healthy and fresh. If they were ranking the careers of the active RBs, there wouldn't be many ahead of him, I agree. I think 11th for this season is giving him the benefit of the doubt, actually!

I love the attention AP and the Vikes are getting but as a longtime Vikings fan its going to come crashing down eventually
