Guarantees WBB, VB, Gymnastics and FCS Championship Games on ABC for the next 8 years. That's a nice exposure bump for those sports.

The WWE got less than they wanted for SmackDown and Raw is still out there looking for a buyer and ended up sticking NXT on the CW for like half of what USA was paying for it.
