Didn't see this posted, so...Dropkick Murphys going to be playing at Val Air November 19. Ordered my tickets and they were still under $30/each even with all of the ticketmaster facility, lighting, floor, walls, the sky is blue, kermit the frog fees.
 
DKM rule. I have been a fan since there first album. I used to work at Safari Club in DSM bartending. They played there on there first cross country tour.
 
I definitely hope they play the older stuff more than the newer stuff but I'm not counting on it. Do or Die, Gangs All Here, and Sing Loud/Sing Proud are definitely a cut above the others.
 
Can't disagree there, but there's a few gems on their newer albums too. Kiss me, I'm ****faced; Shipping up to Boston; etc.
 
The only reason I even knew about it is because I went to their homepage to look at t-shirts and saw their tour cities on there. I still haven't heard or seen it advertised in the metro area.
