Doug Gottlieb picked Iowa State!

I was watching SportsCenter and they had a segment asking Doug via twitter what he thought of certain matchups in the "2nd Round" of the NCAAs...and based on ISU's 3-pt shooting and UConn's lack of guarding the 3, he picked Iowa State.

Considering he is so anti ISU for some reason...I'm slightly surprised by his pick.

If anyone can find the video that would be awesome.

Gottlieb is a Big 12 guy. His analysis of Iowa State, although a lot of people didn't really like it, has been pretty spot on imo.

We're tough to defend when making shots and like to shoot the three and can be pretty pedestrian on defense at times.

You're correct on those points, but i think what got people was his 'they'll lose to the big 12 bottom feeders on the road' (after we'd already beaten them) and some of his comments about RW and the back and forth they had re: anxiety
