Do you get irrationally angry when fixing/assembling things?

My boss's son absolutely loses his mind when things don't go his way. He likes to chuck things, even chainsaws, so I'm always on my toes.
We're not being irrational. The instructions are wrong.
I can make any 30 minute project for most men into a whole day of frustration and alcohol consumption!

No, usually really calm but will get angry when driving or navigating busy places.

I used to be this way then I just got over it and no big deal anymore. I’m 38 but I was really angry until I was about 30.
Instructions???? Who reads instructions?
When I lived in DSM and IKEA was 2 hours away I would get pissed at IKEA stuff because I didn’t want to break it and have to go back the next weekend. Now that I live 10 minutes from an IKEA I’m a lot more rational when assembling the stuff.

I have a low frustration factor for those things. It always takes me 3 times as long as the normal guy. I often end up calling a marriage counselor (plumber, carpenter, mechanic) to avoid going postal.
Authors of those instructions do that on purpose to penalize those who need them. Throw them away before the first part comes out of the box.
It is just you. Anytime you start getting angry, just pull out a bigger tool. If what you're assembling is too delicate for that tool, well it just wasn't meant to be.
Yeah nobody needs to know about those extra parts you tossed after assembling it right?
I ******* hate assembling things, so I'm in a **** mood to start.

On a more serious answer, I used to get more frustrated building things, because it's not really my thing.
But anything I build now, my daughter wants to build with me, so I decided that I'd rather not make a jerk of myself and ruin something she looks forward to.

If its wood working stuff, or other things around the house, I don't care for them that much I will get frustrated a little sooner. If it's mechanical or metals, I will keep my calm. Electrical work I can be the craziest, but I've done too much by feel so I have usually lit myself up too many times if I don't get it done right the first or second time.
Fixing stuff is my happy place. It's a good thing my wife and three kids allow me to be so happy all the time.
Now dealing with idiots is another thing.
