Anyone else get the offer from DK for the Cyclones/Oregon State game? Bet Iowa State on the Moneyline and if your bet loses get $3 in free bets for every three-pointer Iowa State makes. Wonder what everyone thinks about it.

I have some $50 free bets left in MGM that I could potentially hedge this bet with.
 
My buddies and I have started avoiding DK odds boosts/promos as it seems they always boost odds on something that ends up not covering; it's almost like they know something ;)

If I had someone that told me who's going to lose, I'd of been able to retire long ago.

This isn't an odds boost, just a straight up moneyline wager on Iowa state to win, and if they lose you get $3 in free bets for every 3 pointer.

As I mentioned earlier I have $50 free bets on MGM I need to use up so I may just hedge on there and guarantee profit.
 
It’s bet 50+. That’s a horrible bet unless ISU wins. ISU would have to hit 17 threes just to get your money back if they lose. Don’t do it.
 
Yeah I received that promo, but losing $50, or even a net loss of say, $32 if they get hot from 3, isn't really how I want my weekend to start. Nice try Draft Kings!
 
The more I look at this game, the less I want to bet on it. I lean toward ISU moneyline being the play, but I won't put much on it, maybe a half unit. We simply don't know enough about this ISU team yet, and Oregon St was a really weird team last year. Sounds like they lost a couple of guys from their improbable Elite 8 run.

I'll probably sprinkle some on ISU moneyline, but it won't be $50. I like the fact that we might see the most raucous Hilton Crowd in a few years, and I liked what I saw (for the most part) out of our guys on Tuesday vs a scrappy Kennesaw St team.

My favorite bet of the night will be Iowa -19.5 v.s UMKC. Fran really knows how to schedule cupcake teams he knows his team can destroy. Might go a full 2 units

Iowa over 137.5 (Caesars) also seems like a good play in that one

If you don't like the boost, just bet the boost and then bet the other side of it to give yourself a guaranteed net profit.
