Direct TV Input Problems

Have a Direct TV receiver with a Bose 321. The Direct TV receiver is connected to the TV via a HDMI cable and the Bose system through a regular video input. I view satellite through the HDMI input but switch to Video input for DVDs. Turned on the TV the other day and there was sound but no video on the HDMI input, but I can watch satellite or DVDs on the Video connection. I checked the cables and reset the receivers to no avail.

Any ideas as to the problem?

I had a similar problem with my bedroom tv a few weeks ago. I ended up unplugging everything overnight and it was all good the next day.
