I am sick of the the fact that you gather before the game in a circle and take turns as to who scans the crowd for people not wearing the "shirt."

I am sick of the fact that I see you standing in the front row the whole game with your arms crossed.

I am sick of you giving us dirty glares.

I am sick of your stupid props.

I am sick of your lack of leadership.

I am sick of your lack of cheering.

BE A LEADER NOT A FOLLOWER.....YOU DONT DESERVE THE BADGE

I thought the crowd was rather weak tonight and I believe the rest of the crowd feeds off of the students and Cyclone Alley.

I have a good feeling that this season might be the end of Cyclone Alley. I don't think it's a coincidence that since the student section went fully Cyclone Alley (start of the 2005 season) that we only have one win over a ranked team at home (Iowa 2005). When is the last team ISU has gone 4 years without beating a ranked team at home in basketball? I'm dead serious. I guarantee it was pre-Orr. Just make the student section like football, or get the students spread through the crowd to get it going.

thats how it used to be

I would also like to note that it appeared that half of Cyclone Alley exited with about 4 minutes left in the game tonight. A game that was down to an 8 point difference against a rival. It wasn't long ago that the student section would have been chanting sit down old people at that same act. Truly pathetic.

Students were pretty quite tonight for the Iowa game. What happened to screaming whenever the Cyclones are on defense? Making some noise effects the game, its better than just cheering after we score.

Excuse them...they had scheduling conflicts...chess club also meets on Friday nights.

My thoughts exactly...time for Cyclone Alley to be put out of it's misery...

CA was pretty bad tonight. There were a lot of times where Iowa had the ball and there was complete silence. Something has to be done.

Of course, the rest of the crowd was even worse. They act as if it's against the rules to stand up and cheer when something exciting happens...

And dont give them **** to throw or make into paper airplanes. I guess that was more exciting than the actual game.

I am not a fan of cyclone alley at all. This is my second year being a part of it and I can't wait to see it go back to the way it was. I remember coming to games when I was younger and not even being able to talk to someone next to me because it was so loud. Half the people in the lower section of CA are just there because they think it's cool to be at the game, they end up not cheering at all. At the UNI game this year me and a guy next to me were yelling at the refs for some blatantly obvious fouls that were not called and some chick turned around and told us to be quiet. I think instead of checking if you have the shirt they should breathalyze you and only let you in if you are above .08:laugh:

The alley oop from Garrett to Brackins for the first score of the game was the only time the crowd really ever got loud that I noticed

You're opinions are useless and fall on deaf ears. Also, you should not discuss CA/CAC publicly, they want all of your feedback, regardless of how good it is, to be sent to the privately so they can file it away someplace that no one will ever see.

Not saying I'm a fan of cyclone alley, but I think a big problem with the crowd tonight was the students that only showed up because we were playing Iowa and have not or will not go to another game besides maybe Kansas.

I am sick of cyclone alley central getting blamed for people not cheering, i have never once told someone to stop yelling

I am sick of hearing cyclone alley central doesn't cheer, i was one of the few people in the section yelling OOOOOOOOOOO on EVERY defensive possession along with the two kids next to me and the manager for the team

I am sick of you looking at one person on the committee and saying, "look the whole committee sucks"

If you have problems with CA i can see that and respect everyone's opinion but when you say we don't cheer but i lost my voice by halftime because i was cheering for my cyclones playing defense in front of me every possession you can see why i might be upset

way to use the exception (yourself) as the rule (most everyone else).
