Can I just say I'm not a huge fan of the fixed format size of the website. While it looks great on my laptop, using my higher resolution desktop monitor and having nearly half the screen taken up with just "dead" white space is irritating. I believe the old website wasn't this way(or had a wider fixed resolution). I'd prefer the site to have liquid formatting but am pretty sure that's not not going to happen. To make the space more attractive I'd recommend some attractive imagery, art, ect. ala what EA did with this: Forums - Battlelog / Battlefield 3

I apologize if this should get it's own thread, but it is related to the topic.

Since I am on a laptop (and as such have a smaller display), the overlaid-countdown clock at the bottom of the screen actually eats up a good chunk of the forum. Is there a way to disable it?
