Just opening a new thread dedicated to our National Champion David Carr.
1. Today is his father Nate Carr's 61st birthday. Happy Birthday to the Cyclone wrestling legend!
2. It's great to see David finally receives his Big12 Wrestler of the Year trophy.
3. Congratulations to David for being nominated as Big12 Male Athlete of the Year (as the ISU candidate).
4. Cyclones.tv just posted its next episode of Cyclone Game Center Series featuring David Carr's 2020-2021 wrestling season. David is joined by Dresser and Metcalf to reflect his championship season.
He mentioned the goal next season is to win the Hodge Trophy.
5. Our former Cyclone Wrestling two-time national champion, currently the pastor of Lutheran Church of Hope Eric Voelker starts a new summer series of Coffee & Prayer Podcasts. In episode 2, David's parents are his guest. I hope you guys enjoy it.
