How do I cancel my current subscription?
To cancel your online subscription, please login to (Service) with your email address and password. After logging in, you should see your account profile page. When you are on this page, click on Manage Packages. From here you cancel any active subscriptions.

Yes, log into it and go manage your subscriptions, there should be an option to cancel it in there.

Here's another cyclones.tv question. I can't seem to find full radio replays anymore. I was specifically tyring to listen to the Big 12 tournament games in the app on the way home from Kansas City, but now I don't see them in cyclones.tv on a regular browser either. I could swear I've listened to the full radio on cy.tv before.
I've also searched our opponents' multimedia sites, too. The Texas radio broadcast is here: http://texassports.com/sports/2014/11/19/GEN_1119144623.aspx but the ISU game isn't working. Can't find audio replays from Oklahoma: http://www.soonersports.com/mediaPortal/player.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=31000 and KU has the game listed, but it is only the pregame: http://kuathletics.leanplayer.com/
