Cyclone TV log in problems

Hey guys,
Wondered if any.of you with cyclone TV have ever.experienced this?
When I attempt to log in to the account.on my.phone so.I can listen to the games, it.says my max device limit is.reached. I reset my.password and logged out of any computer I ever had it logged in to..I'm not surprised but when I called neulion the guy was clueless.. Any thoughts?

I dont have log-in problems, I have a problem with the poor video quality throughout most of it. I dont have that problem with anything else.

In general, I have better video quality with cyclones.tv than I do with watchespn. I get great definition.
