What is the proper procedure for requesting a correction on a CyBookie event? Who needs to be contacted? What is a reasonable timeframe for a correction to be made?

On last Saturday's ISU/Texas game the "under" was mistakenly paid instead of the "over". This was pointed out shortly after the bets were settled. I have been (somewhat) patiently been waiting for a correction. Requests and reminders have been sent, but to this point my reward for correctly predicting that over 48.5 points would be scored is a loss of 5 million credits.

Do I need to be more patient and assume it will eventually be corrected, or just chalk it up as a loss?

I will bring this up.

Currently CW is the only one who can fix this. It has to be manually done by adding credits. Can not change what shows or what was picked as the wrong outcome. Some of the above have probably been dealt with. Not sure though.
