Help!

Per what I'm reading here, to stream the game you must be in Iowa. I plan to watch on my android tablet using my cyclones.tv account. For internet connection I'm using my Droid phone (4G) as a WiFi spot
I'm physically at a cabin in McGregor, Iowa (Mississippi River). I used a website to detect my geolocation. Some sites say I'm in IA, others say I'm in WI, still others say IL.

Questions:

- It's there a way to set my geolocation?

- It's this really going to be a problem?

Ok, I got the website (pc authority) to work. Good info. Now the question is how does the neulion app determine location? GPS? Or cell network tower?

I'm not even sure if this would solve the issue since it's showing me in middle Wisconsin right nite when obviously I'm not!
