Curse of the new helmet?

Has anyone noticed that every time we change our helmets design, we suffer a horrendous season? Here are some examples
1983- 4/7
1986- 6/5
1987- 3/8
1995- 3/8
2003- 2/10
2008- 2/10
These are only a few years and I know this information is trivial, but hopefully a "seasoned" helmet will bring better success. Just thought maybe this could get a few laughs for us and help us fans shed some hope on next year. GO CYCLONES!!!

In 2003 we dropped the flat red color and adopted the glitter red that many schools were going to

Maybe your not annoying... Maybe I'm just sick of the success that P-UNI college is enjoying.

Although, there have been times you have been a hair annoying pointing that out, and bashing ISU.
