It says right in the article that this won't block the rooftops.....

Cubs President Crane Kenney said left-center field is the only place in the bleachers the team can place a billboard without blocking the views of rooftops from which fans watch games. The Cubs have long-term revenue-sharing agreements with rooftop owners.

They have every right to block the Casino ad, and should. Horseshoe Casino isn't paying a dime for their TV exposure.

It will be interesting to see how...there would have to be some obstruction of the sight lines! Unless these signs hug the back of the bleachers...it will be noticeable, these are ads and they are meant to stand out.
