Creighton AD & Iowa State Tourney Oppurtunity

It'd be fun to get paid lots and lots of money to sit in a room and debate basketball teams and then go over their season and look at their flaws and then their triumphs. Then getting to argue and debate seeding (with help of RPI rankings and such) seeing how the tournament will play out. Jealous of those guys

I think it's more important to have the OU AD on the committee than the Creighton AD. We beat OU, so the better we look to the rest of the committee, the better OU's possible chance at getting in is.

Fun, until you get lambasted nationally when someone purporting to be an "expert" thinks you picked the wrong bubble teams. Oh, and your contact info would be in the public domain so fans of those schools could give you their $.02 as well.

Scott Barnes from Utah State is on the list, wasn't he an assistant for LE at Iowa State. If I remember right he was a pretty good guy who liked it at Iowa State.

Sort of sounds like what we do on here...minus the big bucks and authority.

Whether he is on the selection committee or not, McDoormat can kiss my ****

The legend of Billy Packer...

During the interview, Packer said he disagreed with the committee's decision to
give at-large invitations to Wichita State, Bradley, Northern Iowa and George
Mason
. He cited statistics that indicated teams from the MVC and CAA had won
only one game during the last three NCAA tournaments, while teams from the ACC
had won 25 games.

Good call Billy....
