Guessing this will be appealed. Significantly more than the 6 game suspension outlined in Goodell's new personal conduct policy from last season. But, since the incident occurred before that was the rule, the punishment is up to Goodell's discretion, maybe? Also, he sat all last year on the Commissioner's exempt list unable to play, but getting paid. Those games seemed to have been a factor in AP's case. But they're not for Hardy? Who knows how it will play out, but this appears to be another case of the NFL making things up as they go along.
