I realize the Big10 & SEC networks make more money per household if the household is within the network footprint. However, i'm not sure what defines a footprint. Is the whole state of Iowa in the Big10 footprint or just eastern Iowa? Would Dallas & Houston be in different footprints? Gainesville, FL and south Florida? I briefly googled this but didn't come up with an answer.
