MLB: Comcast Cubs on Mediacom 22?

Not that I'm complaining, but how is Mediacom getting Comcast Cubs games on their Connections 22 channel? This has never happened before. Are they ponying up extra money for these? I wouldn't think Direct TV would be too happy about this.

Is this going to be a lot of games or just a few, only when the Cubs play local teams?

It got put on 22 because the Blackhawks game was on Comcast Chicago. They put it on Comcast when the Hawks game was over though.

Right. This Cubs game is technically on CSN Chicago Plus, and Mediacom puts those games on channel 22.

Ok, this makes more sense. I had forgotten about CSN Chicago Plus, but still hadn't seen those games on Mediacom. Hope they show all the Cubs "Plus" games.

Yeah, it's Comcast+. They show those games on MC22 all the time.
