Putting athletes where they can make plays and having a culture where teammates are taking the responsibility to help one another.

McDonald is one of the more exciting storylines heading into next season (imo). Looking forward to seeing how the move plays out. The LB position has been a fun one the last few years... Spears breaking out his Soph. year, Lanning moving to MLB, then Rose stepping in as a true freshmen last year... I think the def is going to be good regardless... if this works out it could be elite. Going to be fun!
