So I was working on some stuff around the house last night and I was listening to the Brewers game on the Cardinals radio station out of Des Moines. It was the bottom of the ninth inning and the score was tied up. What were the radio guys talking about...how dirty they would be if they went straight to the stadium when the got back to St. Louis!!!!:arghh::arghh:
All of a sudden they state and I am paraphrasing because I don't remember the exact words..."And its over home run by Mcgee" then straight to commercial. They talked through all four pitches in the at-bat during a critical point of the game. I don't mind if they have off topic discussions during the game, but not when the game is on the line.
Sorry just a quick rant. Listening to the cards radio guys and Ron Santo (most annoying guy on the planet except when someone from the opposing team hits a homerun) makes me appreciate Uecker and John Walters even more.
