Rocco does not have much time back there at all, but he's good at getting rid of the ball or taking off and running... that's why he's not been sacked much. It's not because of the OL... Rocco is usually under lots of pressure.

No they didn’t. Most of the time they had 4 down linemen and 2 linebackers. 6 in the box under normal down distance says run. Especially when KU historically has been bad against the run. Saturday they were not. We struggled blocking KUs 6 in the box. That is not a play calling issue. That is an execution issue. Another thing KU did well was disguising their blitzes on passing downs. Rocco as a redshirt freshman often didn’t see them coming in the first half. I hate to see all the ******** about the coaching staff, I think it came down to Juniors and Seniors playing against freshmen and sophomores. Even at that we still had a chance.They didn’t have 9 guys near the LOS that I remember, but almost the entire night they had 7-8 guys within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage. Running into that played right into what KU wanted us to do, and it put the offense behind the sticks a ton.
