Clones on in Cedar Rapids

you might check either the 3rd Base Brewery on Blairsferry (they tend to be about as "cyclone" of a bar as it gets over here). I've had good luck getting the BWW on Blairsferry to put the game on too if they can get it - of course I eat a lot of wings ... so its a good business decision to accomidate me. :biggrin:

Wild Wings only has dish I believe. I'd look for a smaller bar. Maybe like Bill's in Marion or something similar to that.

Oh Bills. I know that Spy Bar and Wrigleyville both have Directv, so they are out. I'm thinking Deano's has both Directv and Mediacom.
 
I have a lot of respect for you CR Cyclones. I usually try to compliment you when I see you wearing your Cardinal and Gold when I am in CR and see the ISU support over there. I hate that part of the state simply because of the Hawkeye-ness that 95% of people in that area have fallen into.

I was going to suggest Deano's (what used to be Third on 1st in the Town and Country center) as well. It sounds like they even possibly want to start hosting some game watches for the Alum Association.
 
yeah; i was thinking of bars that had mediacom and i couldnt think of any. all the ones i know of have dish or imon; no mediacom. im going to my cousins house to watch it cause they have mediacom.

ya; being an isu fan in this town is kind of annoying; it is def. all hawk fans and you have to go out of your way to get a bar to show isu.
 
A whole lotta hawkeyeness here in CR. I just recently moved back and I am readjusting to that life. It was funny when I went to Best Buy with my brother the other day and I had a gold Cyclone shirt on and he a Cardinal one on. Go Cyclones!
 
3rd base on blairsferry pretty much always covers the ISU games... Football and basketball. I made it over there quite a few times last year but it doesnt ever hurt to call any bar before you go. :)
 
I know prime time on center point road used to have both mediacom and direct not sure if they still have both or not.
