Kelly stated in various interviews the reason he left UCLA was that he wanted to be on OC only. He also came with a large buyout and no promise of being around. He's shown in the last he will leave at any time. Whether Satterfield is the guy or not, easy to see why Cincinnati would not choose Kelly.

Ohio State (along with other blue blood P2 programs) as the OC is a perfect fit. He'll have exactly the athletes he needs.
