We need to accentuate our positives.
A) Many people from the SE/SW are very envious of our deer hunting in Iowa. Some pay megaBUCKS for a hunting trip here.
B) A top-level manager moved here from Detroit and was very happy about getting a place with horses, barn, ect.
C) I wonder if cross-country skiing is still popular. I really like downhill skiing and Sundown is not bad. Also, snowmobiling is very addictive, I've been told.

If we market downhill skiing the world will be laughing at us. Sundown might be great if you've never skied montana, colorado, wyoming, utah, etc...but once you have sundown really isn't even skiing it it mostly riding a lift all day.
