Have a gambling car and serve booze. It would be getting within driving distance of Iowa too. Tap into that Clinton market.

The Bears were forced to purchase the Arlington Heights racetrack site before they had hammered out deals with local authorities. They are just scratching for leverage now, but I imagine it still ends up there, just going to cost a bit more. "Stadium negotiations" with other cities seems pretty transparent at this stage of the game.

Yeah, I do t see how the bears walk away from their 200million purchase and go to another city. It’s possible, but I never thought the McCaskys as being overtly wealthy like other owners.

Also, waiting for La Fox to join the bidding war .
