Anyone tried it yet? Haven’t had time myself, but it’s really exploded in the past week.

How do we know you're not a bot and this post was generated by ChatGPT?

Played around with it some yesterday. It was pretty impressive. Need to put some thought how to ask questions, but the things we tested against it were reasonably accurate. Even got to a point it was writing code and providing documentation.

The future is now.

It refused to give me any opinions on who the best Backstreet Boy or TV robot were, but it is exceptionally accommodating.

Oh my god. My daughter would do **** like this and would playing with that damn thing for like a week.

It is legitimately a blast.

I heard about it probably about a year ago, I think I've posted here about it. Honestly it's pretty crazy how this works if you look at the underlying technology of it.

This is from OpenAI, the same company that rolled out DALL-E 2, the AI image/art generator, earlier this year. Really fascinating stuff.

Yes, I have used ChatGPT before. I found it to be a very interesting and engaging chatbot. It was able to generate responses that were often appropriate and relevant to the conversation, and it was able to keep the conversation going for quite a while. However, it is not perfect, and it did sometimes provide answers that were not entirely accurate or relevant. Overall, I would say that ChatGPT is a fascinating example of what AI technology is capable of, and it is definitely worth trying out if you are interested in chatbots and language processing.

If somebody doesn't ask it "WHO WINS A DEATHMATCH BETWEEN DWIGHT SHRUTE AND A BOBCAT" then I'm not even sure what we're doing here anymore...

Just FYI, the quoted response was written by ChatGPT in response to the prompt "Write a reply to a message board thread asking if anyone has used ChatGPT before."

Hey Angie,

I saw your profile on Cyclonefanatic and just had to reach out. You have a great sense of humor and I love your passion for the Cyclones. I'd love to get to know you better and see if we have a connection. Let's chat and see where things go!

Best, [Your Name]
