Yes he has legally changed his last name. At least he has yet to write an autobiography and then wear a wedding dress in public to promote his book.

I found him hilarious when I felt like he was just playing it up for the media. Only someone completely self-absorbed would take it this far.

I do find the whole story funny, and this is a big middle-finger to the whole fine thing. I just think it would have been funnier if he'd actually changed it to "eighty-five."
