Any other CFers in th Johnston area without DSL at the moment? I called CL last night and the person I talked to was a moron and they said there was an "outage" with an eta fix time of 6am. However I was not confident in their ability to tie their own shoes let alone tell me about modern technology.

Mine went down out of the blue last week for a couple of days. I'm in the waukee area. But when I called they said there was no outage and they had to come out and fix it.
My router box had all the correct lights on it except for the DSL light. It is usually green and was showing red.
