Can't be worse hitting than Holm or Butera right?

I certainly hope there are repercussions for the coaching staff that spent a month and a half of spring training and somehow got NO ONE ready for the season. Jack Morris has been all over Gardy and the trainers for this.

Kubel and Span were the only ones that got decent at bats, and they've been the only ones hitting. The B.S. of taking the AA team on every road trip has to stop. Gardy can't coddle these guys constantly, they end up with way too few spring ABs.

And the fact that Nathan and Casilla were handed their jobs for no reason was absurd, and played itself out this first month. I took some heat for "always being negative" and ******** about all this during S.T., but I feel confident in a big, fat, I told you so.

Completely tired of Gardenhire playing favorites, giving guys who have no business being on the roster starting jobs, and running off other, better players.

There, I feel a little better.

Don't worry, I was assured by all the Twins fans on here back in March that MIN would easily take the central and Mauer would have a huge season. Things will turn around.

Kubel is their star right now.

the twins are doing things we haven't seen them do in a long time. Making errors, walking guys, making base running mistakes. They are not very good, and I don't see them getting better anytime soon. They were always the club that played baseball the right way, fundamentally, and smart.

The manager will be fired within a month if things do not change.

Highly doubt it. Gardenhire is unlikely get fired this season no matter what he does, the Twins front office and management is fiercely loyal to their employees and with 6 division champoinships in 9 years its probably justified in his case. If anyone was to take the fall it'd be hitting coach Joe Vavra or possibly bench coach Scotty Ullger.

Seriously doubt that. Twins are very slow to fire managers and are very loyal. Though I guess they've never really had the payroll to really hold a manager accountable either.
