A night of careless decisions by the Clones. Bad decisions on both ends of the floor, especially offensively. Too many three's when it looked obvious that we were the better team in the paint. Momma told me there would be days like this...I just never expected it against a ****-poor team. You just can't give a bad team any kind of confidence like we did with our careless offense during the first 10 minutes of the game. My guess is that Coach is NOT a happy camper and there will be heck to pay at practice.

it's like being a miami dolphin fan....beat the pats every year, but never make the playoffs because you lose to the bills....go figure

Except you have to have a quality win first to make the comparison.

Unless you are counting 0-2 NEB or 0-3 Mizzou

Yeah I especailly love how Mike Taylor believes that if he can see the rim he has a good shot. I am dissapointed in by this game, I thought this was a VERY winable game. Turnovers, no offense, and a whistle being blown every couple of plays...gonna be hard to win with that formula.

What I saw tonight did not average out very well. No inside game because the whole group of guards screwed the game up before they coukld get the ball inside. McD again needs to discipline this poor thinking effort by the team reminiscent of the pre Bradley days style of play. Not to offend anyone, but here is what each person brought to the table tonight.

Corey Johnson - A saved us the first half

Rahshon - B- great defense

Wesley Johnson - B+ great overall; shoot more please

Brock - F+ what did he bring to the table tonight? A blocked three?

Cory McIntosh - D still waiting for a breakout

Dodie - D- woke up on the last minute of the game

Jiri- C+ he was ready top roar and no one gave him the ball inside so he melted

Gray - B- did his normal

Mike - C- Mike needs to poass the ball more and earn his points by driving

Curry - C good to see him after others stunk up the floor

Ross - ? did he play

With a half decent effort we would have won this game. What happeneed? The thin air get to our brains?

Hey Gmac said at the beginning of the season we'd have nights like this.:frown3qg:

I think the last game went to these guys' heads. That and we never play good in Colorado. Heck we lost there in 2000 and our team won over 30 games that year.

Between nights like this and being a Cubs fan all my life... well let's just say I have come to enjoy each and every win. The rest of the time I kid myself about some day having the season that it all comes together.
I'm sure Gmac will get them back on track. Rough night.

While Taylor will certainly win some games for us this year... these are the kind of games that he will lose for us. Absolutely terrible, god-awful performance by all the guards and him especially. Oi.

Wow. Can't believe we lost. Oh well.

On a side note. Is Coors arena the most depressing place in the entire US? The announcers said something about averaging 2800 a game. Wow. It was like watching a practice.
