I’m of the belief the 10-2 Irish, sporting three Top 25 wins, should have been ranked higher by the Playoff selection committee. I’m also of the belief that Matt Campbell’s Cyclones will be far more motivated for this bowl than a Notre Dame team that tasted the Playoff last season. Iowa State 24, Notre Dame 20
