Saban really shouldn’t be allowed on lists like this.

Uh why? Saban literally breathes **** like this.

Scholarship? Has the second highest Academic progress rate and graduation rate in the SEC (behind Vanderbilt). Also higher than ISU in both metrics btw.

Leadership? Has led the Bama program for 15 years now with a thousand plus young men and numerous coaching changes from the depths of horrible SEC football to the cream of the crop dynasty in almost all of sports.

Integrity? Has there ever been a controversy or scandal while he was at Bama? The biggest one was probably the press conference at the end of his dolphins season when he said he wasn't going to be the Bama coach. But he hadn't even interviewed at that point so ehhhh. He has a charity that he and Ms.Terry runs for mentally disabled children and donates a good chunk of his salary to that every year.

The process that Campbell talks about is so similar to Saban's that you dogging on Saban is like dogging on Campbell. Campbell just has a much steeper hill to climb than Saban did when he took over since Bama was an old blue blood.

I recommend reading Saban's book: "How Good Do You Want to Be?: A Champion's Tips on How to Lead and Succeed at Work and in Life"

He talks about relentless pursuit of perfection in all facets of your life and how he has translated it to football. You know how Matt Campbell says if you can be the best version of yourself at all times then you can be the best version of yourself during a football game? It's the same mentality. Same thing with Bill Belechik and why he's done more with less than anyone else in the NFL.

You're just hating because he wins all the time but the reason why he wins all the time is why our program is where it is today.
