Cameron out as Dolphins coach

Is the NFL going to become the NBA with the life span of coaches now? Jeez. Give the guy a fighting chance.

Maybe we should have fired Chizik after only winning 3 games.

That seems a little much. It's not like he made the mess that they're in.

That being said, if something makes the Dolphins look bad then I'm all for it.

Look at Captain Kirk. He is ready to head out to the Unknown in his Search for Adventure.

Really, Cam Cameron has never had a winning record anywhere as head coach. It wa a strange hire in the first place. Saban was a strange hire perhaps also. Letting Sage go to Houston was strange. Their chopice of starting qbs seemed strange. After so many strange choices, 1-16 is understandable.

Cam Cameron was a bad hire! He's a coordinator, not a head coach. That being said, the Dolphins wouldn't have won more than a couple games this year with Vince Lombardi coaching them.

He did have a chance. He was 1-15. That's why NFL stands for Not For Long if you don't win!

The NFL has more parity than any other professional league (or certainly college) due to the way they have the league set up with their revenue sharing arrangement. The old regime made a pretty questionable high draft pick in Ted Ginn, Jr. and then followed it up with a 1-15 record in a league where parity rules.

Parcells will have the Dolphins winning again...he has done it everywhere...Giants, Patriots, Jets, and Cowboys.

Ricky Williams was also a big smokin' bust - er, muscle pectal tear bust...

Way to give the guy a chance, jesus. The guy had no quarterback to speak of, they drafted freakin' Ted Ginn Jr. for christ's sake, no running game, the whole Ricky Williams debacle, and they fire him? Weak.
