Anyone know what's going on? Just drove by and the signs were gone and a moving truck was loading up all the furniture. If they no longer have a BWW, it will be tragic.

Sponsoring the CF podcasts must have put them out of business :jimlad:

I think Bdubs is overrated as well. I've only been impressed by their wings once. I like the sauces. If I do end up going there, I get a wrap and fried pickles. I like Applebee's wings. Theirs have a lot of sauce, but not overwhelming. But nothing will beat this little bar in the northwoods of Wisconsin, best wings I've ever had.

The last three years or so they've blown up their prices. When I was younger it was the place to go. But as someone said...when I'm paying $20 for something I can get at a grocery store and throw in the oven at 425 degrees and have it ready just as quick, it ain't worth it.

The only reason I can think of why they jacked up the prices the way they have is because they expect these customers to pay for the experience as well. And I've never had a bad experience there. Except for when I'm dropping a load of money for frozen chicken.

I bet that would have been a heckuva rent cost at that location. It always seemed to have cars there, although I never went. Thunder head has better wings, but you have to like the char grilled taste.
Had some wings Friday at High Life Lounge. Pitcher and 2 lbs was 20 bucks. Got Thai peanut and buffalo and they were great.
